Hey Jack,
Sorry I missed reading the comments on my blog. Thanks for the question. I will send you “the 5 wishes” as I have lots of them in my office, so you don’t have to send for them, and a video, which I still think that I have. You are right- things can get very complicated and planning ahead is always better.

I hope all is well in AZ. Donna, Jim and her daughter Taryn, and husband, Marvin, who is a hockey player for a German team were just visiting Marco. I didn’t have much time with them with work, but a few dinners at my Dad’s where they were staying, and some nice local restaurants. Donna is an awesome cook too- she made me all kinds of goodies.

She was in my office so I got to show her my FB and some of your photos! She loved them. Janet Mc McCauley- she almost died and Debbie Smith. She also said that Jill was gorgeous, and of course I agree! I would love to meet her one day. Maybe we will have another WHS reunion in the near future; wouldn’t that be fun! She thought you looked great too, Jack!

Hey, I will get this out to you on Tuesday- tomorrow (Monday), I’m slammed, but I promise to send. In the meantime look at this website. It has the information I’m talking about and you can view it online.

Thanks Jack and talk soon,

Hi Paula,

I really like the Blog. Very Pertinent and imortant Topics. I was interested in seeing the "Advanced Directive" form. We actually may need one for My In Laws. They have a Medical Power of Attorney however it is just passing control from one to the other. We have a case where if that happens the named spouse may not be capable due to demntia and or alzhiemers. I have learn that if someone is diagnosed with these desiease it can take years of legal wrangling to issue control to someone else. Please let me know where I can find the Blank Form.

Great Info.

Nice job on the Blog.

My grandmother had Parkinson's disease and I have been a caregiver for a lady with Parkinson's for over a year. It is a very difficult disease for those in a facility and yet mentally alert. They experience loneliness because many of the patients on their floor have dementia and or are unable to communicate. I can appreciate any amount of help given to the patients and the caregivers.
